Nestled opposite St Nicholas church, at the bottom of the 'old' high street, the Mousetrap is a comfortably furnished barn conversion cottage. Sitting behind the Quay, it offers an easy 10 minute walk to the harbour, shops, pubs and cafes of Wells next the Sea.
The Mousetrap is a single storey building, on one level making it ideal for families with young children, or older people who do not want stairs.
Unlike other centrally located properties with no parking, the Mousetrap has two car parking spaces.
The enclosed rear courtyard garden is safe and convenient for families with little ones and a nice area to enjoy the summer evenings after returning from the beach. Extend your day out with our free BBQ?
The combi-lock gate offers access to pushchairs, cycles and beach gear - without having to drag eveerything through the house. Which is also why the Mousetrap is also popular with cyclists on touring holidays of the North Norfolk coast.
The entrance area is tiled with plenty of coat hanging and boot racking. This was implemented as a result of feedback from our walking and bird watching guests.
The well appointed kitchen contains: induction hob, fan oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and tableware, crockery and cutlery for a 3 course meal for 6 people.
If your idea of heaven is cuddling up on the sofa and watching some TV, after a day on the beach - there's a wall mounted TV, Freesat and DVD player. Mousetrap provides free Wi-Fi broadband.
