Built over 3 floor in around 1790, September Cottage has had a long and varied history. Newly updated the property is a warm and comfortable coastal holiday cottage with gas central heating and real fire for a winter break.
On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equiped lounge with TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. At the heart of the room is the large hearth with a woodburning stove. A selection of books, DVDs and games are provided for your use.
In the separate dining room the table sits six and we provide a high chair for younger visitors. A cupboard in the dining room hides the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Off the dining room is a convenient downstairs WC.
The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard. There is a fan assisted oven, fridge, separate freezer, dish washer and microwave oven. An extensive selection of cooking utensils is provided.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an additional double sofa-bed. There is an up-to-date bathroom and shower. On the second floor there is a twin bedded room with spectacular views across the salt marshes to the sea.
The upper floors are reached via traditional norfolk winder staircases which may present access issues for mobility impaired guests.
There is gas central heating throughout and the boiler also provides plenty of hot water.
The rental charges includes bedding, cleaning and utilities.
Please note that this is an old property with Norfolk 'winder' staircases that my be challenging for guests with mobility difficulties.
