Oh and of course I nearly forgot - you can walk to Wells-next-the-Sea beach (approximately 30 mins walk) or take the car (7 mins) which was awarded runaway winner of the 'Sunday Times Beach of the Year' in 2016 - it's breath taking.
The house itself has a fabulous kitchen for entertaining in, it has everything you'll need including two Neff ovens, a Neff combination oven/microwave and a Neff steam oven, two built in fridges, built in freezer and two built in full size dishwashers - ideal if you're catering for a large group.
The kitchen also has a large sofa and dining table to seat eight. A Sony TV, full Sky package and opens onto the clean York stone patio for perfect alfresco dining where you'll find a patio table that seats 10 and a charcoal bbq.
If you fancy something a little more cosy, there's a snug with a log burner, Sony TV, PlayStation 4 and full Sky package available.
The property has four bedrooms which include one super king master bedroom with en suite, one super king guest bedroom and two twin rooms with full size single beds. All bedrooms have Sony TV's and 3 have full Sky package for your enjoyment.
Downstairs it has a modern shower room with toilet and upstairs a large family bathroom with a separate shower and huge bath and also an en suite shower room off the master bedroom.
We bought this house four years ago to turn into a holiday rental - we've loved renovating the house and have put our all into it - underfloor heating upstairs and down, a clean air system, solid wood flooring throughout, to mention a few. After completing the summer before last, we loved it so much that we decided to move from Cambridge to here full time. The house and location are great for a family. As we love travelling ourselves, we leave this wonderful place for the summer and rent our house out for the school summer holidays each year. Note: Friday change-over only!

'Bakery House is delightful, very well equipped. We were a party of six and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed using the bbq and outdoor eating area. The co-op is a short walk down the path past the alpacas (which can be taken for walks!) and the nearby Globe Inn is to be highly recommended! Parking spaces were plentiful even in August. Highly recommended.'
