2 Zetland Cottages - Cley, Norfolk

Recently modernised to the highest standards this pretty brick and flint cottage has a wonderful light and bright feel and is in a great location overlooking the famous windmill and salt marshes. It is a short stroll from the coastal path and Cley Beach is within easy walking distance as are the pubs and other attractions of this picturesque village.

Set back from the road down an attractive gravel path, you enter the hallway where there is hanging room for coats, and into the cosy sitting room. Here the interior designer owners flair becomes apparent as this beautiful room has bags of style with comfortable seating and elegant paintings and ornaments. There is a cunningly hidden TV and DVD if you fancy a quiet night in. The cottage is heated with electric convection and night storage heaters and the sitting room fireplace is not useable.

The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge and modern electric oven and hob. Here there is also a dining table and three chairs. The downstairs bathroom is again newly fitted and has a bath with shower attachment. Upstairs you first enter the dressing room where there are two large wardrobes, and views of the windmill and salt marshes. Into the elegant master bedroom, there is a huge double bed for you to get lost in!

Outside is a large enclosed garden with garden furniture... plenty of room for relaxing on a summers evening and enjoying the ever changing Norfolk skies.

There is no dedicated parking at the cottage but there are usually spaces to be found on the road near the cottage or the village hall car park is about a five minute walk away

This stylish cottage is ideally suited for a couple wanting to enjoy all that North Norfolk has to offer but is not suitable for children.
