A spacious entrance hall with payphone. Lounge with comfortable seating, TV, video recorder and CD player, double doors lead to the conservatory dining room with patio area outside.
Fitted breakfast kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob and double oven , microwave, fridge and a pine dining area. Utility room containing the central heating boiler, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
Two large double bedrooms, one with a double bed the other which can be either a double bed or two singles depending on preference. Bed linen is provided. Tiled bathroom with bath with shower over.
Central heating and electricity charges are included in the rental price. The bungalow looks out over its own lawned gardens with patio area. Parking for two cars.
Property is let Saturday to Saturday on a weekly basis.
Weekend or midweek breaks are available from October to March at daily rate.
Prices range from £390 - £470.
Daily rate for short breaks is £80.
We cannot accommodate children or pets.
West Winds is for non-smokers.
