Your hosts Jenny and Tony offer the choice of three beautiful sympathetically restored and converted traditional redbrick, rendered and timbered Norfolk farm buildings. Each property having retained its original different charactistics.
These buildings, which were originally built in 1827, are Stable Cottage, The Hayloft and The Haybarn.
The properties have been carefully decorated to offer all modern amenities and have been equipped to a high standard but without losing any of their country charm. All the properties have their own private garden area with garden furniture, use of a gas barbeque and off road parking. There is also a children's play area and ball games can be played on one of the designated paddocks.
Well behaved dogs are most welcome for a small charge of £15 per week. We request that your dog be kept on its lead at all times as we have several free range chickens and ducks, also horses, cats and dogs. We are very fortunate as we are surrounded by many lovely local walks for yourself and your dog to enjoy safely.
Subject to our bookings, we are prepared to consider a discount should you wish to book two or more of the barns at the same time.
Cots and high-chairs are usually available, but please check in advance.
Each property is fully equipped with:
* Oil fired heating in winter, and Wood burner (Not in Haybarn)
* TV with free-view box, DVD, video, radio/CD player
* Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (fridge with icebox in Hayloft)
* Dishwasher (not in Hayloft), washing machine and use of tumble dryer
* Iron and ironing board, lining basket and pegs
* Main bedrooms all have hairdryers. The Stable Cottage main bedroom has a TV
* Property information folder
* Tourist information folder with leaflets on places to visit
* Books, magazines and games
* All bed lining and towels are provided (note we don't supply beach towels)
* A large communal garden, and smaller private garden
* Use of gas barbeque
* Children's play area.
* Organic eggs (when available) from our own free-range hens
* Welcome tray on arrival.
