The cottage is situated on a arable farm between the villages of Burnham Market and Stanhoe in the small Hamlet of Muckleton.
Close by are some beautiful beaches, sailing and boating,
golf available. Lovely walking areas. Brancaster harbour, Holkham and Brancaster beach are just a 10 minute drive. Burnham Market is a popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. For those who enjoy the bird life there is Titchwell Bird Reserve, Scolt Head Island and local salt marshes nearby. Lots of family activites nearby. Lovely Walks Roman Roads-Peddars Way etc Sandringham House and other stately homes nearby.

The cottage has been redecorated and furnished to encompass comfort and practicality. It is well equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences.
The cottage comprised of three bedrooms. The master double with ensuite shower and loo and a further double and single rooms. There is an entrance lobby, fitted kitchen-dining area, sitting room and downstairs bathroom shower and toilet.
There is a large enclosed garden with plenty of off road parking for cars and a boat.
