The cottage has been redecorated and furnished to encompass comfort and practicality. It is well equipped to a high standard with all modern conveniences.

The cottage comprised of three bedrooms. The master double with ensuite shower and loo and a further double and single rooms. There is an entrance lobby, fitted kitchen-dining area, sitting room and downstairs bathroom shower and toilet.

· Well-behaved pets welcome.

· No smoking within the house.

Weekend breaks available during low and mid season. 10% couple discount.

There is a 1/4 acre enclosed garden with plenty of off road parking for cars and a boat. Tables and chairs seating 6. Deck chairs. Dog loo and outside drying off kennel if needed.

The cottage is situated on a arable farm between the villages of Burnham Market and Stanhoe in the small Hamlet of Muckleton.

Close by are some beautiful beaches, sailing and boating,

golf available. Lovely walking areas. Brancaster harbour, Holkham and Brancaster beach are just a 10 minute drive.

Burnham Market is a popular shopping town with a great variety of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Lovely family days out with lots to do nearby whether its Sandringham House a day at Fakenham Races wildlife at Pensthorpe or Hunstanon sealife. Great walking. Never a dull moment!
