The beach is just across the road, so there is no need to load your car for a day of paddling, collecting shells, building sandcastles, searching for crabs or flying your kite as the apartment is close enough to pop back to for a meal or for that all important comfort break !
There is a supermarket within walking distance as are other shops and all the amenities that Hunstanton has to offer.
There are 9 and 18 hole golf courses and driving range within walking distance plus 2 other 18 hole golf courses a short drive away.
Local places of interest are also within easy driving distance e.g. Norfolk Lavender, Sandringham House and gardens, Holkham Hall and estate and Kings Lynn.
The North Norfolk Coastal Path and Peddars Way are nearby. The fabulous RSPB bird reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell do require travel but are only 5 miles away by car.
For those folk who don't drive there is the Norfolk Coasthopper bus service with a frequent service around the coast between Kings Lynn and Cromer.
There is off-road parking for two cars in front of the property. Although there is no garden as such, chairs are provided for sitting outside on the lawned area.
The property caters for 4, it is newly furnished throughout with very comfortable and ample accommodation for a couple or a small family. Entrance is into an open plan lounge with kitchen at the rear, separated by a breakfast bar. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds both with ample wardrobe space. The shower room has a corner shower, washbasin and WC.
This is a no smoking property.
One small well-behaved dog is acceptable at an additional cost of £20.00 per week or part thereof.
