Our modern holiday apartment is situated in Tunns Yard, a quiet mews running up from the historic quay in Wells-next-the-Sea, conveniently situated in the centre of town and close to all the shops, restaurants etc.
The apartment is on the ground floor with easy access. The car parking space is opposite and off-road. No. 13 has a small patio with view of the harbour and lock up space for bicycles. It has a double bedroom, kitchen lounge, shower room and toilet.
The apartment is decorated to a high standard and well-equipped with colour TV freeview, DVD, CD player, radio,hairdryer, ironing board and iron and an electric blanket in the winter. The kitchen has oven, hob,toaster, microwave and fridge and a washing machine with washing line outside available.
All bedding and towels are provided and there is no extra cost for heating and electricity. We offer a £10 discount if you provide your own bed linen.
