Few properties boast such an idyllic holiday location as Tidal Shore. The house is situated on the harbour side of Brancaster Staithe, with a rear garden which leads you directly down to the marshes and coastal path.
Idealy suited for both couples and families, the house is arranged over three floors. Spacious enough to accomodate larger parties yet well planned giving the property an intimate and relaxed atmosphere for couples or smaller groups.
The spacious lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, situated on the first floor, give spectacular views across the sea. A log burner and comfortable sofas allow you to relax as you watch the tide ebb and flow or open up the french doors and step out onto the balcony for a closer look.
On the top floor there are two bedrooms, again with fantastic views, one with a superking bed and the other with two singles, and a shower room.
Two further superking bedrooms one with an ensuite are on the ground floor, together with a further bathroom.
In addition to the bedrooms on this floor there is also a television room with doors which open to take you out to the back garden.
Outside the well tendered garden is pleasantly secluded with lawned, patio and BBQ areas, as well as a seperate play barn for the children, with a full size table tennis table for the whole family.
