The Stables is a converted stable block, built in 1888 and still has some of the original wood features. Awarded the Gold Award by Visit Britain. An extension to the original building gives a south facing sitting room with wood panelled walls, overlooking the private garden.

There is an annex called The Tack Room next door available to rent by the night, this sleeps 2.

Accommodation comprises of:

Ground Floor: Spacious well equipped kitchen / diner. Sitting room seating for 6 to 7 + 2 bean bags, with French doors leading to private patio and south facing garden. 2nd sitting room /snug with tv/dvd and wii ideal for the children

Twin or super king bedroom with and en-suite shower room and w.c. and separate under stairs w.c.

First Floor: Master bedroom with twin or super king bed with en-suite shower and w.c. Double bedroom. Twin bedded room. Family bathroom with over bath shower.

Laundry room with; washing, drying, and ironing facilities.

Also: satellite TV dvd in all bedrooms, electrics. and oil central heating included, towels, duvets with linen and beds made up prior to your arrival, TV and dvd, CD hi-fi with i-pod player, wii microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee percolator, radio alarms, stair gate.

Pets: Well-behaved dogs are very welcome, but we ask that they are kept off beds and furniture –your best friend normally likes hisher own bed! Your dog will love the endless beach, cliff top and heathland walks.

These are just a few ideas! More walks are available straight from your cottage, with very little roadwork

Walking: The heaths contain a network of paths, nature trails and fantastic views of the surrounding area.

Not what you imagine of Norfolk - hills and cliffs - but that is exactly what Weybourne has to offer. Norfolk's mountains make Weybourne a popular walking spot.

Welcome pack on arrival: tea bags, coffee, sugar, eggs, milk and orange juice. Washing up liquid and J cloths are also supplied.

Garden: Enclosed secluded private sunny patio and large garden with fruit trees, ideal for those days that you want to spend at home catching the sun in private and where children can play on the lawn.

The garden is up 7 shallow steps, also gated access into garden no steps involved! via the private parking area.

Garden furniture, sun loungers, BBQ -charcoal at cost.

Parking: is next to the front door!

Village shop, restaurant and pub within 300 yards.

Great walks from the house to the beach, the heath, the cliff tops. The noth Norfolk Steam Railway runs thro' the parish, we have The Mucklebugh Militry Museum, a beautiful old priory church, Splash pool is just 3 miles as is Sheringham and Holt. We have great cylcing areas as well. The National Trust have 4 sites nearby the closest being Sheringham Park.
