The Boat House is a new barn conversion,built using traditional reclaimed Norfolk brick,flint and pan tiles. The property blends well with the 300 year old Church Barn which is situated behind The Boat House.
Completed in 2007 and designed for holiday use,The Boat House offers a very high specification.
It is deceptively large,from one end to the other is over 75 ft.
With oil fired central heating,you will never be cold winter or summer.
Short breaks are available during the winter months.

Fully equiped kitchen with double oven and hob.Dishwasher,fridgefreezer,microwave,butchers block,larder cupboard and breakfast bar.
Utility room WC.Washing machine.Oil fired combi boiler for all the hot water and central heating.
Bedroom 1.King size brass bed.Dressing table and oak wardrobe.
Bedroom 2.Twin beds.Dressing table and oak wardrobe.
Fitted bathroom.Power shower,seperate bath

The large enclosed garden has a gravelled drive with parking for many cars, with solid gates for privacy.There is a patio with table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
The outlook is rural with views of fields towards Blakeney Church.
All bedding,towels and tea towels are provided.
Electricity and heating oil is inclusive.
There is a telephone which can be used for incoming and local calls.
We have installed BT wireless or wired connection for broadband.So bring your lap top.
