About the cottage...

A modern, spacious and newly refurbished self-catering holiday home with a large enclosed garden and courtyard, the Saltings is light, airy and well-equipped and overlooks the lovely salt marshes in Cley-next-the-Sea. The house provides a perfect base for a relaxing week away with family or friends, and a chance to explore North Norfolk's stunning coastline. It is also an Alistair Sawday's Special Place to Stay.

Accommodation:
The open plan kitchen-living-dining room provides a great space for entertaining and the kitchen has been kitted out for foodies with plenty of equipment and a top of the range Belling oven. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner at the 8 foot long refectory-style table with plenty of room for everyone to eat, relax and chat. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

The house has full central heating but if it gets cold during your stay you can also use the cosy log burning stove.

At other times of year the warm, sunny conservatory has big sliding doors so you can listen to the birds while you prepare lunch.

Upstairs there are two fantastic double bedrooms, each with its own en suite. There is also a comfortable twin room adjacent to the large main bathroom.

On the ground floor, the den is a great place to tuck yourself away with a book or watch TV with the kids. If required, this room can be transformed into a fourth double bedroom with en suite toilet and sink.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday during busier periods. Please call for further details or visit our website at www.thesaltingscley.co.uk.
