Dining Room / Conservatory: Table and chairs to seat 12 comfortably.

Utility Room: Freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Cloak Room: W.C and wash basin.

Changing Room: Changing area and loungers and door to hot tub.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Double bed and En-Suite Bathroom comprising of bath, hand held shower, and wash basin and W.C.

Pets: Two well behaved dogs are welcome at the property. Two beds are provided, please bring your own dog bedding.

Garden: Child friendly enclosed garden mainly laid to lawn. Decking area with hot tub and barbecue. A further decking area with tables and chairs.

Parking: Off road parking for 5-6 cars.

Set within walking distance to the town, it is also within close proximity to the beach, Cromer Lawn Tennis Club and The Royal Cromer Golf Club.
