The Homestead is a self-catering cottage & provides comfortable accommodation for up to 11 people. The bedrooms are spread across all three floors:
There are 2 double rooms, 1 twin & 1 family room including three single.
In addition there is a double sofa bed in the sitting room downstairs.
The Homestead also includes ground floor & upstairs bathrooms, living & dining space as well as a full equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave & dishwasher.
Ground Floor - 1 double bedroom plus a double sofa bed in sitting-roomFirst
Floor: 2 rooms, 1 king-sized double bed (6ft wide) plus a cot & sink & 1 twin room
Top floor: A family room including three single beds. There is also a television, video recorder & selection of (mainly children’s) videos
Bedding: Single & double duvets are provided as appropriate, (including extras for the sofa bed) & blankets for the cot. Sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels are also provided.
The bathrooms are located on the ground floor & first floor. Each bathroom includes a bath with power shower, shaving point, a toilet & wash basin.
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped as follows:
Fridge-freezer, micro-wave, electric cooker/hob Crockery & cutlery for at least 11 people, cooking pots & pans, utensils etcWashing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasherHigh chairThe sitting-room has a large double sofa bed & two armchairs; TV with DVD player, radio/CD player & gas fire. We also have a small selection of toys & books for younger children. Well behaved pets are also welcome at The Homestead. Smoking is not permitted.
The self-catering cottage also provides part-central heating, electric radiators, barbecue & outdoor furniture. Free parking is available all around The Buttlands.
Locally there are boutique & craft shops, bakers, butchers, fishmongers, green grocers & further afield you’ll find Morrisons supermarket.
