ACCOMMODATION
The Brambles has three sumptuous bedrooms plus the Denbedroom 4, the Master bedroom having a luxury ensuite. The family bathroom has a TV embedded in the wall above the bath! There's oak floors and Lawra Ashley carpets throughout. All the rooms have huge beds, beautiful linen, fabulous décor and lighting, plus a computer with Internet access and a gorgeous private landscaped garden with its own luxury hot tub!
The sumptuous lounge has spectacular vaulted ceiling, leather sofas, oak furniture and feature fireplace. There's a computer and desk, the computer is connected to broadband at no additional cost and there is also Wifi available throughout the cottage and garden. A Grundig surround sound stereo system, Blueray DVD and 42 inch Plasma TV with Sky+HD package, plus a HD DVD player and a selection of DVD's to enjoy watching.
The Den roombedroom 4 offers a hideaway for teenagers and is equiped with a sofa, Sony PS3 Playstation, TV with Sky and DVD player and various games.
The conservatory boasts a full size pool table for those experts wanting to try thei luck!
OUTSIDE
The patio doors offer access to the lanscaped gardens, with luxury patio furniture, hot tub and the BBQ Grillzebo outside kitchenfor the budding chefs! The luxury hot tub, which is set within a covered canopy is automatically heated to a perfect 38 degrees 24 hours a day, allowing you to enjoy at any time an indulgent bubbly massage and let your stresses just fade away.
The mature garden has a Mediterranean flavour and has been carefully designed to extend the indulgent experience, which includes the gas BBQ and automatic designer lighting for evening 'al fresco' dining and entertaining.
WELCOME PACK
We provide you with a gourmet 'welcome pack' on your arrival, which includes complimentary wine, our famous local sausage and dry cured bacon, free range eggs plus scrummy home made bread and cakes. All you need to cook your first breakfast.
We have a non-smoking policy throughout and we welcome young children and well behaved pets are allowed in the property, subject to a security deposit.please ask

BRAMBLES FACILITIES
The Brambles is very near the coast in East Runton opposite the windmill. It has just been tastefully updated into a high quality luxury retreat for 8 people ideal for a Sheringham or Cromer luxury break. There is gorgeous landscaped 'wrap around' garden, which encloses the luxurious hot tub and BBQ Grillzebo.
On arrival there is a private gravel driveway catering for up to three cars. The oak floored entrance hall leads to the luxury equipped kitchen diner, a cloakroom, a sumptuous lounge with vaulted ceiling and second dining room. Three steps lead to the bedrooms and Den room, the Master having a 6-foot bed with a luxury pocket sprung mattress, a luxury shower room ensuite and LCTV with Sky and DVD player. All the bedrooms are filled with bespoke oak furniture, linen and cartains. All four luxurious bedrooms have hair dryers and stereos which are iPod enabled.
Both the luxury bathrooms are filled with Gilchrist and Soames toiletries, very snuggly bathrobes and towels, complimentary slippers and boast under floor warming, Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware and power showers, the family bathroom have Tilevision TV's embedded in the wall above the bath.
