Guests have been asking us for properties with swimming pools quite a rarity in this area so we are doubly delighted to be able to offer fabulous Tern Place just outside the coastal village of Kelling. One of a small cluster of beautifully converted barns, not only is there a shared indoor pool but tennis courts, play area and huge mown paddock for fun and frolics! Tern Place is furnished most attractively and the décor of the whole barn shows the surety and flair of a designers touch.
This is an extremely spacious property with a simply enormous kitchen – dining – family room at its heart around 50 feet long; a most attractive light and airy space where everyone will want to gather! At one end is the very well equipped kitchen with 2 ovens; one combi-microwave and one fan, a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and oodles of cupboard space and work surfaces. Off the kitchen area is a small utility room with washing machine and tumble drier and there is a separate cloakroom and WC at the other end of the room.
The centre area of this marvellous room has a large dining table easily seating eight to ten people and at the other end are two comfy sofas and chairs. Huge double glass doors lead into the cosy drawing room with sofas and arm chairs clustered around a huge log burner and a large LCD TV with DVD and Sky. A glazed door opens onto a decked area with stairs down to the courtyard and swimming pool.
An inner hall leads to the bedroom accommodation with a large master bedroom with en-suite shower room and bedroom two with en-suite bathroom. There are 2 further bedrooms sharing the family shower room with enormous walk in shower. The bedrooms are individually designed with zip and link beds either 6ft doubles or twins – please specify your requirements when booking.
Outside is a gravel parking area for 4 cars plus a good size stone terrace with ample quality garden furniture. There is a small grassed area and the front of the barn is surrounded by newly planted raised beds for shelter and privacy.
Shared by the other barns, most of which are on long term private lets as second homes, are the heated indoor pool closes 8.00pm, two hard tennis courts, a children’s play area with climbing frame and netted trampoline and lovely woods and paddocks to explore. The barn is situated in an area of outstanding peace and beauty and offers the most wonderful and luxurious space for both family celebrations and holidays alike for our discerning guests. Just 2 miles away from the Georgian market town of Holt and 4 miles from beautiful Blakeney we are sure it is going to be extremely popular so do book early to avoid disappointment!
