UNIT 1 Sleeps 2
This has a private entrance from the side of the building, through its own small garden. You enter into the lounge dinning area with a leather sofa Re-clining chair, TV video and Freeview. The kitchenette area comprises of oven with grill, microwave, 2 ring hob, fridge with a small freezer compartment,along with many other electrical appliances, making this as fully equipped as your kitchen at home. Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with both bath and shower facility.The bedroom has twin beds, TV and a open hanging storage unit.
UNIT 2 Sleeps 4
From the front door passing through the comfortable b&b dining and lounge area you will find the units front door. Once inside you'll find a lounge dining room with a seperate small kitchen with all the same appliances as per Unit 1.This unit has 2 bedroms comprising of a double king size bed with a shower en-suite and a twin beddedroom with a shower en-suite.
Both units are fully centrally heated, and have constant hot water which is included in the price. Also included is your bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish cloths. A small supply of cleaning materials, washing up liquid,toilet rolls etc is also provided. Within the kitchen you'll find a welcome comprising of tea, coffee, sugar, bread, milk, butter, eggs, cereal, biscuits, orange juice, cake, homemade marmalade and jams, salt pepper and sauces.
There is off street parking space for each unit.

The Old Telephone Exchange is only 2 minutes walk from the centre of the popular market town of Holt.
Holt is a historic market town where you will find plenty of beautiful and charming shops as well as Antique emporiums, Art galleries, Pubs, Restaurants, and many of tempting tearoom in which to pass an hour.
How To Find The old Telephone Exchange
FROM NORWICH: take the A140 towards Cromer. Just passed Norwich international Airport take the B1149 exit from te roundabout towards Holt. Some 18 mile later you will arrive in Holt. Take the 2nd exit from the roundabout A148 Fakenham Kings Lynn. then take the 2nd right into Holt's High Street. Then take the 1st left into New Street beside Barclays Bank, continue about 200 yards and you will find us on the left hand side.
FROM FAKENHAM: Take the A148 towards Cromer. On arriving at Holt take the left into Holt's High Street. Then take the first left into New Street beside Barclays Bank, continue for about 200 yards and you will find us on the left hand side. |
