There are sandy beaches on Scolt head, which are accessible on foot at low tide and have a ferry service during high tide in the summer months. It is also possible to walk to the beach at Gun Hill and then along to Holkham beach which is 3 miles away. There is good dinghy sailing with adjacent boat parking and launching facilities. The cottage is adjacent to playing fields which has a children’s play area, tennis courts, skateboard and basketball facilities.

Entrance hall with adjoining Utility Area with washing machine, sink, and drying space, tiled floor with central drain.

Fitted Kitchen with electric cooker 2 ovensgrill, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, all cutlery, crockery, etc.
Dining room with open fire and door to the garden
Sitting room with open fire, television, freeview box, and DVD player
First Floor
Three bedrooms – sleeping a total of 6:
- one room with double bed
- one room with twin beds
- one room with bunk beds
- child’s cot also available
Please note: access to the 1st floor is by a winding staircase. There are handrails, but it could be difficult for the elderly or disabled.
Night storage heaters throughout downstairs, and in hall upstairs.
Externally:
Secluded and enclosed garden with large grassed area, flower beds, apple trees, table and bench.
Car parking is outside the cottage on Gong Lane with an external parking light
Local Amenities:
Playing field close by with swings, slide, skateboard facility, 2 well-maintained tennis courts the house next door takes the bookings.
Excellent restaurants in Burnham Market, Wells, and Brancaster, and the food at the pub in the village is also very good.
Pets:
Pets are allowed, but only on the Ground Floor at £14 per pet per week.
