This new annex to our home is called the Tack Room and has been designed to cater for those that want self catering for short breaks without cooking or those that want Bed and Breakfast but without getting up for a set time for a cooked breakfast!

Accommodation
One double bedroom with en suite shower room, with; king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TVdvd, radio alarm, hair drier with en-suite shower roomwet room leading of it.
There is also a conservatory leading off the bedroom, which is your sitting room this has: a: kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, china, glass’s and cutlery TVdvd and seating.
The conservatory over looks your private courtyard garden with high fencing and decked area with sun loungers.
Garden: secluded and private decked court yard garden with south facing conservatory, a wonderful retreat after a hard day on the beach!
Supply of electricity and oil central heating are included as well as towels, duvets and linen. Towels and tea towels are also supplied. Beds are made up prior to your arrival.
Parking is available next to The Tack Room.
Your Welcome Pack
Welcome pack on arrival: tea bags, coffee, sugar, milk and orange juice. Washing up liquid and J cloths are also supplied.
Our properties are non-smoking.
Shared use of additional facilities including the hot tub and sauna; for further information please look at Shared Facilities on our own web site across a path between properties.
