Sunny Days is a light and bright two bedroom bungalow, well equipped, with an enclosed back garden, in a quiet location in Heacham near the beach.

Accommodation:

Sunny Days has lawns to the front and side, a garage and private parking for two cars, and an enclosed secluded back garden.

The bungalow has a large entrance hall with tiled floor, and has double doors leading into the spacious living room. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD/radio, also books and games.
A separate dining room leads into the well equipped kitchen with all you need for your holiday stay, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. The kitchen door leads to the enclosed rear garden, with patio and garden furniture.
There are two bedroom, one twin, one double.
Bathroom with shower over the bath.

We are open all year. Included in the price is gas central heating, duvets with bed linnen and towels (beach towels are not included).

Occupancy runs from Saturday 3.00pm arrival to departure at 10.00am Saturday.
Tarrif 2008: Low season from £240 to £400, May to August from £420 to £510 .

Local Attractions:

The village of Heacham has a good choice of shops, pubs, restaurants and takeaways and has two beaches. It is aso the centre of the Norfolk lavender-growing industry, and there is free admission to Caley Mill to see the National Lavender Collection.

The sandy beach at Hunstanton is 3 miles away where there is a range of holiday attractions. These include the Sea Life Centre, amusements, leisure centre, water sports, bowls, tennis, golf, a theatre, pubs and restaurants.

Heacham is a good base for exploring Norfolk. The bird reserve at Snettisham is near by.
At Snettisham Farm Park you can see deer and other animals.
Inland visit stately homes, the Queen's Country Home at Sandringham, also the stately homes at Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall.

The historic town of Kings lynn has a good range of shops, museum, theatres, cinema and places to eat.

When on Heacham beach in the evening, watch the sunset, this part of Norfolk is known as the Sunset Coast .
