STRAWPACKS BARN is a stunning new barn conversion with a spacious sunny patio set in a large secure meadow flint-walled garden.

Well behaved dogs are welcome. Inside the barn is a non-smoking area.

The stylish accommodation is on one floor with underfloor central heating throughout plus a woodburning stove and comprises 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 twin bedded bedroom, family bathroom, bootroom and the large living room, with hand-built kitchen, dining and sitting areas.

There are all “mod cons” – see below. There is a small bolt hole upstairs, which also contains a cot. There is a 2 foot drop and steps from the garden to the patio, which means very small children will need to be supervised outdoors.

The owners, who live next door, are determined to provide a friendly service and are normally on hand to deal with any queries.

The following are of course provided: Bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, barbecue, patio furniture, TV, DVD player and CD stereo sound.

There is access to tennis court and children’s climbing frame, swings and sandpit.

There is ample parking and plenty of space for games and making as much noise as you want.

Glandford is an attractive hamlet, 2 miles from the coast Blakeney and Cley and 2 miles from Holt.
