Wells-next-the-sea with its maze of narrow streets and alley ways offering a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants has much to offer the holiday maker. The quay is just a few steps away, once a busy port it still has a number of fishing boats and a sailing club. A miniature railway can take you down to the long sandy beach with its long row of colourful beach huts. The area is ideal for walking or birdwatching.
This traditional cottage has been beautifully renovated and offers comfortable, well presented accommodation. Entrance from the rear of the property is into the terracotta paved kitchen dining room, equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. A tiled corridor leads to a small hallway and onto the oak floored sitting room. This sunny room has a gas flame Victorian fireplace, seating for 4, a TV and a music system. There is a downstairs cloakroom with w.c. and basin. Stairs lead from the hall to a twin room with extensive views over the pinewoods and beyond. There is also a spacious double room. with a TV and a DVD palyer. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Outside is a small rear garden, which is mainly paved and has a small lawn. It is walled on two sides and has views over the playing field and pinewoods beyond. Access is down a shared shingle drive to the left of the property.
There is parking for one car.
