Sleepy Gull has been recently renovated to a very high standard throughout. The decor is light and airy with a contemporary coastal feel. The house is perfect for a holiday by the sea. A short walk and you will find yourself on Old Hunstanton beach with its sand dunes, cafe and magnificent cliffs.
The accommodation consists of an entrance lobby leading to a comfortable living room with TV, DVD player and log burner. Glass doors lead through to the kitchen/dining room which has a large table where all the family can sit down to dinner. The kitchen is very well equipped with fully integrated appliances. Sliding glass doors lead out to a small enclosed garden with barbecue and dining furniture. There is a downstairs WC and hand basin. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: one double room and one family room with a double bed and bunk beds. Also a lovely bathroom with shower over large bath, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Sleepy Gull really is a home from home and perfectly situated for your holiday by the sea.

Full gas central heating; 100% cotton bed linen, duvets, pillows, bath mat, iron and ironing board. Clothes airer. Basket of logs during winter months. PLEASE NOTE hand towels and tea-towels are provided but NO bath towels. Please bring your own with you.

KITCHEN-DINER: Open plan, fully-equipped and integrated white fitted units with extractor fan. Bosch electric oven and touch sensitive ceramic hob; dishwasher, Smeg fridge with ice-box, washing machine and microwave. Large dining table seats 6. CD-Radio, please bring your own CD’s. Patio doors over-looking garden. High-chair.
MASTER BEDROOM: Wooden floor, king size bed with painted bedside tables with lamps, built-in wardrobe, cane chair and french mirror. Lovely view over gardens.
SECOND BEDROOM: A spacious room with carpeted floor, king size bed and bunk beds. This room sleeps 4 plus travel cot, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. Cane chair and mirror. Small TV-Video. Toy box in cupboard and a selection of videos. Two windows of which one offers a glimpse of the sea. Windows have blinds only.
FRIDAY CHANGEOVER
The house is approached by a shared drive with space for one car.
To the rear of Sleepy Gull is a small enclosed courtyard garden with patio and small flower beds. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
The garden is accessed by the side of the house and through a gate, or directly from the patio doors in the dining room.
The house is within easy walking distance of several great places to eat and drink The Neptune Restaurant and The Lodge are just a few steps away as is the popular village shop. The Ancient Mariners pub has views of the sea and does great Fish and Chips.
The small village of OLD HUNSTANTON can be found on the tip of north-west Norfolk.
The lighthouse stands on the edge of the stunning red and white cliffs which face west and so a great place to watch the sun setting over the sea.
The Links golf course runs along the top of the dunes towards Holme-Next-Sea, as does the coast path and rows of colourful beach huts.
It has a fine beach with golden sand and is also the home of the RNLI Lifeboat.
You can watch the fishermen haul the mussels in from the shell beds at low tide.
Visit the Old Boathouse Cafe for breakfast on the beach or a pub lunch in the Ancient Mariners, and then dinner at The Neptune.
The village shop offers local produce, freshly baked bread and morning croissants plus everyday essentials as well as being a post office.
It is also a great base to visit the famous wildlife and bird watching reserves at Titchwell, Holme and Snettisham.
