Shire Cottage is a sunny, spacious townhouse in the heart of Holt, North Norfolk. The cottage has all necessary commodities and is literally surrounded by the finest cafes, restaurants, boutiques, award winning delis and grocery stores, indeed, so many treats and conveniences, you'll want to stay for good!

DOWNSTAIRS a generous entrance hall allows you to kick off walking boots and drop the shopping.

THE LIVING ROOM boasts a beautiful south facing bay window, electric fire, comfy seating, TV/DVD with FreeView, mini hi-fi and dining area.

THE KITCHEN contains all necessities. These include microwave combi oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine and breakfast bar. A handy hatch links the kitchen with the dining area.

UPSTAIRS a large master bedroom and twin room provide plenty of space for four people.

BOTH BEDROOMS are light and airy, tastefully decorated with armchair views of the town's most historic buildings. In the twin room, the second bed can be easily stored, creating a more spacious single room if preferred.

THE BATHROOM is fitted, with a beautiful claw-footed bath with hand-held shower, allowing you to bathe in luxury.

You will be the envy of all - visitors and locals alike - with private parking in front of the cottage... gold dust in the middle of Holt!

The fantastic location means that you are quite literally a few steps from everything. Food halls, meatmarkets, fishmongers, supermarkets, take-aways, off-licence and one of the few remaining traditional county corner shops will supply every thing you need for dining-in. You could however, step out of the gate and straight into any number of excellent takeaways or fine restaurants.

Holt is great for shopping too. Lots of unique fashion boutiques along with art galleries, florists and antique shops will keep any shopaholic busy.

Whilst in the midst of this bustling Georgian town, Shire cottage is a surprisingly quiet and tranquil place to enjoy your stay.
