September Cottage - Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

Built over 3 floor in around 1790, September Cottage has had a long and varied history. Updated about ten years ago the property is now a warm,comfortable and relaxing traditional holiday home.

On the ground floor there is a spacious and well equiped lounge with tv, DVD, Video and CD player. At the heart of the room is the large hearth with a woodburning stove. A selection of books and games are provided for your use.

In the separate dining room the table sits six and we provide a high chair for younger visitors. The cupboard in the dining room houses the gas central heating boiler and the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Off the dining room is a convenient downstairs WC.

The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard. There is a fan assisted oven, fridge, separate freezer, dish washer and microwave oven. There is an extensive selection of cooking utensils provided for your use.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an additional double sofabed and an up-to-date bathroom and shower. On the second floor there is a twin bedded room with spectacular views across the salt marshes to the sea.

There is gas central heating throughout and the boiler also provides plenty of hot water.

The rental charges includes bedding, cleaning and utilities.

We also have a second property in Wells, Jicklings, that sleeps up to 8 people.

Outside of the property there is dedicated parking for two cars and a separate private patio garden with a shed containing deck-chairs and a barbeque.
