At Christmas and New Year, Seaside House has it's very own Christmas tree waiting for your presents to sit under it!

* Although not adapted in any way for wheelchair users, Seaside House does have a side entrance which provides easier access for those that can't manage steps. There is also a level access shower in the wet room downstairs. If you, or one of your party, are physically less-abled then we would be very happy to discuss with you the possibility of arranging a downstairs bedroom for your stay.

PRICES...

Seaside House is available for full weeks throughout the year. Prices vary from £410 to £960 depending on the season.

3-night Weekend breaks start from just £330 in the winter.

During peak season Seaside House usually books-up solidly with a Friday changeover. At other times of year we are happy to consider alternative arrival days.

Our guests have always left Seaside House immaculate but thorough end-of-stay cleaning is included.

We are happy to arrange weekend or short breaks so please feel free to ask about your chosen dates.

Christmas and New Year holiday dates vary to make best use of the holiday season each year.

Recently totally refurbished to an extremely high standard, its interior is very restful and suits groups of couples and families alike. We have a strict no-smoking policy.

Seaside House is just off Sea Lane in the charming North Norfolk village of Old Hunstanton.

It is situated just 3 minutes walk from the beach and dunes and an easy stroll from a selection of restaurants, pubs, a deli, the beach cafe, a children's playpark, an art gallery, the pitch and putt, Old Hunstanton Golf Course, the North Norfolk Coast Path and the Craft Barns.

Old Hunstanton is the perfect seaside location with many nearby places of interest for adults and children.

It is situated within an easy drive of Holkham Hall, Sandringham, Bircham Windmill, Hunstanton Sea Life Centre, Historic Kings Lynn, Burnham Market, Snettisham Farm Park, birdwatching at Titchwell, walking on The Peddars Way, Norfolk Lavender and the beautiful beach at Wells-Next-The-Sea.
