SITTING ROOM: Spacious, light and airy with wide French oak floorboards, large comfy leather sofa, leather tub chair and reclining easy chair. In the winter, a 'faux woodburner' is added for extra cosiness! TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player, DAB radio, well-stocked bookcase, board games and puzzles. Glimpse of the sea!

KITCHEN: fully-equipped new beech wood fitted units with integrated electric fan oven and hob; dishwasher; fridgefreezer; washerdryer; plus microwave.
BATHROOM: Newly-fitted full-sized bathroom, equipped with powerful over-bath shower with glass shower door, full-size bath, washbasin and WC.
MASTER BEDROOM: Wooden floor, luxurious pine king size bed with super-comfy Reflexfoam mattress, pine bedside cupboards with lamps, full-length mirror, pine double wardrobe, pine chest of drawers.
TWIN BEDROOM: A spacious room with solid wood floor, two pine 3ft single beds, both with super-comfy Reflexfoam mattresses, a travel cot which can be folded away if not required, pine wardrobe and two sets of drawers. The room has the option to be curtained off halfway for its occupants' privacy.
HALLWAY: Running the length of the apartment, the light and airy hallway has a terracotta tiled floor, with inset hand-painted seaside tiles, plus plenty of coat hooks – even one for the dog!
OUTSIDE: Adjacent to the apartment are its two safe off-road parking spaces. There is an also oak bench, and planters of sea holly, lavender and rosemary. To the rear of Sea-Glimpse are communal gardens where you could enjoy a barbecue.
