Sea-Glimpse is a stunning, recently converted and renovated 2-bedroom - one king, one twin - ground floor single storey holiday apartment with a glimpse of the sea from the sitting room!

The apartment is superbly appointed, and provides relaxed accommodation with the emphasis on comfort and quality. The contemporary furnishings are set against a backdrop of coastal colours and solid wood, tiled and vinyl flooring with rugs.

Sea-Glimpse also benefits from two designated adjacent off-road parking spaces.

One well-behaved dog welcome, by prior arrangement, for a supplementary fee of £15 per stay.

WELCOME PACK on arrival includes bottle of wine, tea, coffee and pint of milk, plus information about the local area, 'what's on' guide and recommended places to visit.

SITTING ROOM: Spacious, light and airy, with wide French oak floorboards, large comfy leather sofa, leather tub chair and reclining easy chair. In the winter, a 'faux woodburner' is added for extra cosiness! NEW flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD and CD player, DAB radio, well-stocked bookcase, board games and puzzles. Glimpse of the sea!

KITCHEN: Fully-equipped contemporary beech wood fitted units with integrated electric fan oven and hob; dishwasher; fridge-freezer; washer-dryer; plus microwave and Nespresso cappuccino machine with Aeroccino.

BATHROOM: Full-sized bathroom, equipped with powerful over-bath shower with glass shower door, full-size bath, washbasin and WC.

MASTER BEDROOM: Wooden floor, luxurious pine king size bed with super-comfy Reflexfoam mattress, pine bedside cupboards with lamps, full-length mirror, pine double wardrobe, pine chest of drawers.

TWIN BEDROOM: A spacious room with solid wood floor, two pine 3ft single beds, both with super-comfy Reflexfoam mattresses, a travel cot which can be folded away if not required, pine wardrobe, two sets of drawers and a full-length mirror.

HALLWAY: Running the length of the apartment, the light and airy hallway has a terracotta tiled floor, with inset hand-painted seaside tiles, plus plenty of coat hooks – even one for the dog!

OUTSIDE: Adjacent to the apartment are its two safe off-road parking spaces. There is also an oak bench, and planters of sea holly, lavender and rosemary. To the rear of Sea-Glimpse are communal gardens where you can enjoy a barbecue.

BEACH HUT - just two minutes away on Old Hunstanton beach is 'Sandy Bottom', a fabulous 16ft x 10ft beach hut, available as an optional extra for Sea-Glimpse guests only. Please enquire for details.
