Roundstones - Blakeney, Norfolk

Just redecorated, satellite TV, broadband internet access, new squashy sofas and more. Delightful sunny courtyard garden and superb location. "Roundstones is one of my favourite places on earth".

Roundstones is the perfect place for a well deserved break or family holiday. It has been extensively renovated and furnished to provide a luxurious cottage with every comfort you could want.Centrally heated and just redecorated,it is a real home from home.

The cottage is light, airy and spacious and very comfortably accommodates four guests.

The front door leads onto a hallway, to the left is a beautifully furnished sitting room with squashy sofas around a log burning stove. Although there is a log burning stove, the house is centrally heated for those days when there is no need for a roaring log fire.

There is an HD TV with FREESAT, DVD and CD player, with a selection of books,games,DVDs and Cds and Ipod speakers - perfect for relaxing after those bracing walks by the coast.

Wireless broadband is also available.

To the right off the hallway is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with a Rayburn stove, seperate hob and built in oven, microwave, Smeg fridge with good size freezer compartment, dishwasher, with a large refectory table around which you can enjoy some delicious meals. There is a utility room which houses the washing machine and offers lots of hanging space.

Stable doors from the kitchen lead out onto a delightful loggia with table and chairs for outside dining and a sunny south facing enclosed courtyard garden. There is also a barbecue for your use and direct access into the garden from the loke.

Upstairs there are two lovely bedrooms with an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom and a lovely bathroom with bath and powershower,handmade soap and bath products provided.

The main bedroom is furnished with silk drapes and exquisite cream french furniture including a king size bed and ensuite shower room.

The second bedroom has a nautical feel and has twin beds. Crisp cotton bed linen is provided as well as a hairdryerin both room. Towels can be provided by arrangement.

The owners, Debbie and Neil Fitzpatrick have made their guests comfort a priority, Roundstones is the perfect place for those wanting to escape to the coast and relax in beautiful surroundings and true home comforts. Why not book a short break to celebrate an anniversary or birthday or simply just to get away!

You are welcome to bring a well behaved dog by prior arrangement, bowl provided £10 extra.

The cottage is designated as non smoking for the comfort of all guests. Cots,highchair and a babysitting service are available for our smaller guests. A welcome hamper from the Blakeney Delicatessen is included.There is a telephone for guests.

Just wanted to let you know what a fabulous Bonfire Weekend we had at Roundstones. You are so lucky to own such a beautiful property. It always feels cosy and warm, and is one of my favourite places on earth. It truly does feel like it is yours whilst you are there, if only, and has one of those feel good factors about it. Roundstones has a pretty loggia and private South facing courtyard garden, ideal for alfresco meals, evening drinks and barbeques.

Just a short stroll away from the Norfolk coastal path, with access to salt marshes, creeks and the sea. It is close to all village amenities particularly the Blakeney Delicatessen, ideal for collecting fresh croissants and bread for breakfast.
