The 200 year old period cottage has recently been sympathetically restored to a high specification and provides comfortable accommmodation for up to four people.
Changeover is usually on a Friday.
There is no WiFi to distrurb your peaceful holiday!!
A refundable security deposit is payable on this property.

Sitting room
This spacious room with oak beam and multifuel burner is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, easy chair, lamps, TV with Freeview and DVD player and various antique pine pieces of furniture. A selection of books, games and DVDs are provided.
By the front window overlooking the garden is a dining table and 4 chairs. There is a quarry tiled floor in the sitting room and kitchen.
Kitchen
The cream fully fitted shaker style contemporary kitchen comprises of a range of base and wall units with drawers and worktop surfaces incorporating a 1.5 Franke bowl and mixer tap. It is equiped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, oven with hob over and microwave etc.
Shower room
The all new shower room with quality fixtures comprises of walk in shower, pedestal basin, toilet, chrome radiator/towel rail, recessed ceiling lights and ceramic tiled floor.
A traditional Norfolk winder staircase give access from the cloaks area to the first floor. A handrail is provided but the staircase is winding and quite steep!
Upstairs.
Master bedroom
A generous size room with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe, two antique pine chest of drawers and bedside table and lamps. The dormer window to the rear has views to Syderstone Common.
Second bedroom
Contains two 3 feet wide single beds with co-ordinated bedding, bedside table with lamp and small fitted wardrobe.
