BEDROOM TWO: On the first floor, with two new single beds, bedside tables, large set of drawers.

LANDING: Has a huge built-in wardrobe for both rooms with ample hanging and storage space.

BATHROOM: On the first floor with bath, overbath mixer shower, wash basin and wc.

PRICES: Include gas, electricity, water and freshly laundered bed linen. Tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk on arrival.
