Pebble Cottage - Holt, Norfolk

Pebble Cottage has two pretty bedrooms - one double bedroom with adjoining dressing room containing an occasional bed and room for a cot, and a twin room. It has a contemporary upstairs shower room with toilet, basin and large shower, and a downstairs cloakroom.

A feature of the cottage is the large double aspect sitting and dining room with south facing french windows. The sitting area has twin sofas with a tv, dvd and cd player and a wood burner. The well equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

A selection of toys, games, books, dvds, maps and local information is available in the cottage.

All linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Gas and electricity are included in the price. Sorry no smokers.

The garden (which is separate from the cottage, private and secure) has outdoor furniture and there is a brick built BBQ in the garden. There are also chairs on the patio immediately outside the rear french doors. A parking space with carport is provided.

Pebble Cottage makes a perfect base for exploring Holt, with its fine restaurants, art galleries, tea rooms, antique shops and delicatessens selling local produce.

The Steam Railway station and the historic Greshams Public School are again within easy walking distance of the cottage.

The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is only a matter of minutes away by car with salt marshes, sandy beaches, sailing and golf.
