Pear Tree Cottage is a privately owned and run cottage by the Lyles family. It is situated in the delightful village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk Coast, a few minutes drive from Burnham Market.
The cottage is detached with wonderful rear views over the marshes and to the sea beyond. There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the cottage and an enclosed terraced courtyard style garden at the rear.
Pear Tree Cottage covers three floors comprising of an entrance hallsunroom, utility room, sitting room with a wood burner, dining room, kitchen, small lobby and large open shower room with wc and basin. The second floor has a bathroom and wc, twin and double bedrooms. The third floor has a king size double bed. Each of the double rooms has coastal views.
The cottage has been totally restored and refurbished. We have used original and attractive fabrics, furnishings and china throughout and have endeavoured to keep many of the cottage’s original features. The pretty cottage courtyard has a table and chairs for eating al fresco and a webber BBQ
The cottage is equipped to a high standard with all essential mod cons,dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler, microwace TV DVD video and hifi etc. There is night storage heating and natural log burner.
We regret we are unable to accept pets and smoking is not permitted in the house.
The cottage is available for hire, rates vary according to the season from £350 to £995 per week peak season, with discounts available for a single couple staying or midweekweekend breaks.
