Pear Tree Cottage is a privately owned and run cottage by the Lyles family. The cottage is detached, covers 3 floors with spectacular rear views over the marshes and to the sea beyond.

Surprisingly spacious, Pear Tree Cottage comprises an entrance hall-sunroom, utility room, sitting room with a wood burner, dining room, galley kitchen, small lobby and large open shower wet room with loo and basin. The second floor has a bathroom and loo,a twin and double bedrooms. The third floor has a king size double bed. Each of the double rooms has great sea views!

The cottage offers an exceptionally high standard of comfort from luxury bath robes to lobster pics! Recently refurbished in attractive fabrics and furnishings throughout and I have endeavoured to keep many of the cottage’s original features. Welcome essentials on arrival

The cottage is very well equipped with all essential mod cons,dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler, microwave TV DVD video wi-fi and hifi etc.

Travel cot and High chair provided. Broadband Internet access on request. There is double glazing throughout, night storage heating and log burner.

We regret we are unable to accept pets and smoking is not permitted in the house.

The cottage is available for hire, rates vary according to the season from £395 to £1195 with discounts available for a single couple staying or midweek/weekend breaks.

There is off road parking for two vehicles at the front of the cottage and a pretty enclosed terraced courtyard style garden at the rear.

The pretty cottage courtyard has a Webber BBQ, table chairs and luxury sun loungers for relaxing and eating al fresco!

The cottage is situated in the delightful buzzy village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk Coast, a short drive from Burnham Market.
