Just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast, Parva Cottage is a delightful 17th century beamed, brick and flint cottage overlooking the farmland and meadows of the Glaven Valley. The cottage has been fully renovated to 21st century standards of comfort and convenience and boasts a large inglenook fireplace logs available locally as well as oil fired central heating. There is a lovely enclosed garden and sitting out area.

Sleeping 4 + 2 + cot comfortably in two large bedrooms, the upstairs bedroom can accommodate four people in four full sized single beds if required. The downstairs bedroom is a double. The cottage is not wheelchair accessible but is good for those with mobility difficulties as the downstairs bedroom leads to the bathroom which has a separate step in shower as well as a bath.
There is oil central heating, a separate utility room with washerdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer box, electric oven and hob and a microwave oven. Sitting roomdining room with a TV with Freeview and digital radio through the TV and a combination video and DVD player. A high chair is available if required, and of course a cot.
The central heating, bed linen, towels and beach towels are all included in the price you pay, as is electricity and hot water.
Wiveton is an unspoiled, pretty and tranquil village with a great family pub serving freshly cooked food 3 minutes walk from the cottage. Blakeney with its beautiful harbour is just under a mile away, as is Cley Next the Sea. The Georgian market town of Holt is 4 miles away and the sandy beaches of Sheringham and Holkham a short drive.
The nearest shops are in Blakeney and Cley.
