OYSTER COTTAGE

Oyster cottage is a Grade II refurbished listed house.

Fully central heated, it is well equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, free view digital TV and DVD player,

Linen and towels supplied unless holidaymakers prefer otherwise.

Cot and high chair are available.

We have a no smoking policy at Oyster Cottage and please no pets.

A welcome pack of tea,coffee, milk, fruit and flowers will be available upon arrival.

Large entrance hall.

Spacious kitchen/dining area with French doors leading out to a paved courtyard.

Toilet with hand basin

Sitting room with electric woodburner and door leading out to courtyard

Small room leading off to boiler and washing machine.

1st Floor

1 kingsize bedroom with en-suite shower, with connecting door to single bedroom, ideal for child.

1 twin bedded room

Large family bathroom

2nd Floor

Steep winding staircase leading to

1 double bedroom with en-suite bath and shower over. The staircase could be unsuitable for the elderly or small children

Letting is from Friday to Friday, and must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. and will be available from 3.30 p.m.

Oyster Cottage has a paved courtyard. A barbecue and garden furniture are provided.
