Old Barnyard Cottage - Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

Old Barnyard Cottage is a cosy Victorian Cottage located in a quiet area of Wells-next-the-sea. The property has been refurbished to modern standards providing comfortable self catering accommodation but still retaining its period charm.

Accommodation is for 4 people comprising of the following:-

Ground Floor :

Lounge/diner, small fitted kitchen, conservatory/diner.

First Floor :

2 separate bedrooms( Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 has bunk beds), bathroom and toilet, large landing cupboards.

There is a Gatehouse with separate toilet and storage space for cycles etc.

Enclosed lawn and patio garden.

Parking is free outside the cottage.

Wells-next-the-Sea is a small seaside town in the centre of the beautiful unspoilt North Norfolk Coast, with its large sandy beaches, bordered with pine woods for all to explore.

Wells is central to the North Norfolk Coast with its picturesque beaches, small harbours and grand houses such as Holkham, Felbrigg, Houghton and Blickling Halls.

There is an abundance of wild life including the seal colony at Blakeney Point. Wells has a good local shopping area.

A Narrow guage railway runs to the beach and also to historic Walsingham. There is a Pitch and putt course in summer.

Eating out in the numerous pubs in North Norfolk is a pleasure not to be missed.
