NORTHERNHAY
Northernhay is a sunny, spacious Edwardian villa in Boston Square, part of the cliff-top conservation area.
The house has a very pretty garden, is only five minutes walk from the beach. Northernhay is a lovely old house, built around 1910 from local carrstone. It retains all its original charm along with several 'Arts and crafts' features. You can see the sea from the conservatory and some of the bedrooms.
ACCOMMODATION
The ground floor consists of hall, sitting room (with doors to the conservatory), dining room (with doors to the garden), kitchen, utility room and loo (with shower). The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Upstairs there are four double bedrooms and a children's room with bunk beds. There is a bathroom and seperate loo plus one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom.
Outside there is a very pretty, enclosed garden which runs alongside the house. There is secure parking for two cars and a garage which is useful for storing dinghies, windsurfers etc.
We will provide sheets, duvets, bath (not beach) towels etc. We normally let the house from Saturday to Saturday but also do week-end breaks starting on a Friday in the low season.
