Our three self catering cottages, The Cart Lodge, Threshing Barn and The Gig House offer a peaceful, restful place to stay on our working farm. With close access to Swaffham, Kings Lynn, Fakenham and the Coast our cottages provide and ideal base for exploring the area.
Each Cottage is suitable for wheelchair users and Threshing Barn is accessible to guests with all levels of disability.
CART LODGE
Cart Lodge is a light and fresh self catering holiday cottage. It has a spacious kitchen diner, lounge and three bedrooms. One double bedroom with a luxurious wooden four poster bed, one double bedroom with an additional single bed and en-suite shower. One bedroom with two single beds. Cart Lodge Also has a shower room . THRESHING BARN
Threshing Barn has two storeys. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen diner. One double bedroom with an additional single bed, with shower roomwheelchair accessible. On the first floor there are two bedrooms; one double bedroom with en-suite and one bedroom with two single beds and en-suite.
GIG HOUSE
The smaller of our self catering holiday cottages, Gig House has plenty to offer. An open plan lounge, kitchendiner. Two bedrooms, one double bedroom with a beautiful wooden four poster bed and one triple bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet. The bathroom has an extra-large spa bath and toilet
SWIMMING POOL
Guests are welcome to use the indoor pool and, coming soon, our gym and spa.

With riverside walks and fishing available close by, Nar Valley Holiday Cottages are ideally located and make an excellent central base for visiting the coast with its sandy beaches, birdwatching, golf, sailing, watersports and much more.
Situated within easy reach of the historic market towns of Swaffham and King's Lynn, also Sandringham and the North Norfolk Coast. The local village of Pentney has many trout lakes. Our land backs onto the rvier Nar, fishing is contolled by the Salmon and Trout Association. Local amenities include The Ship Inn pub and restaurant and village shops.
