Built in 1899 Moat House is a detached 2 bedroom cottage. The ground floor (42 sq.m)is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large sitting room. The kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher. The sitting room has satellite TV, a DVD, and desk with WIFI for internet access.
Doors from the sitting room lead to a paved patio and substantial secluded garden alongside the moat.
The upper floor has a large bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. In between is a modern bathroom with bath and walk in wetroom shower. The cottage is centrally heated. There is a pub within 10 minutes bridle path walk.
