About the cottage...
One enters the property through a small porch in to the country cottage style kitchen with original pamment flooring, it is well equipped with a fan assisted double oven and halogen hob, a dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.
Through the kitchen is the open plan dining/sitting room. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats 6-8 a feature in this room is the interesting 6 foot map of North Norfolk that makes it easy for our guests to plan all sorts of walks and trips.
The sitting room is lovely and cosy and has a great selection of books, games and a wonderful large open fire for quiet nights in. There is also an LCD T.V. with DVD player and Sky as well as free WIFI.
Additionally on the ground floor is the newly fitted bathroom with shower above bath and under-floor heating and a useful utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a separate freezer.
On the first floor is the good sized master bedroom with an original feature fireplace and view towards the water mill and mill pond, a second double bedroom and a single room. All of the rooms have plenty of storage space.
