The house represents 70% of this manor house and is perfectly suited as a winter log fires, country walks, local pubs or summer beach life, BBQ’s, summer fetes retreat for a maximum of 14 guests.
The house is furnished to a high standard and has a Summer Spa Pool Jacuzzi, BBQ, large garden, direct beach acccess and broadband internet. Downstairs is a large entrance conservatory and inner hall leading to a large sittingdining room furnished in a beach-house style with a mixture of period furniture and contemporary pieces by local artists. There is a second sitting room with open fire and a third kids TVPlay room all have TV and DVDVHS. The traditional kitchen has an original Aga and additional cooker.

The house consists of the main North and East wing section of the original manor house 75% of the main house. It has been furnished with 4 double beds and 6 singles in 7 rooms and can sleep a maximum of 14. We have arranged the house for large families, 2 families sharing or for groups of friends away for a Norfolk weekend break. The rooms have many antiques and pictures by local artists.

Mundesley
Ideally situated, the house is just 1 minutes walk from the beach, with sea views from some of the 1st and 2nd floors and 5minutes walk from the pretty village centre. The village has everything you need, a good butcher, wet fish stand, general store, vegetable shop, chemist, excellent chip shop, art gallery and numerous pubs – all within walking distance.
Beach Walkway
The Beach walkway is located in front of the house on the coastal cliff path and takes guests directly onto the beach.
GamesTV
The house has a playroom with games VHSTV. In Inside the house is a selection of board games as well as Plasma TV, Videos and DVD’s.
The large garden hass a full size trampoline, garden games and some bikes for guests to enjoy.
A path through the garden leads to the Beach walkway and stunning cliff top views and walks to the village and church.

Mundesley is a small and largely undiscovered pretty Victorian seaside village, located on the North Norfolk coast. It has an award winning beach, excellent village facilities and beautiful surrounding countryside for summer and winter walks. The property is ideally situated to discover the charm of North Norfolk, The Broads Sailing 8miles and the heritage coastline as well as the many historic houses including, Blickling, Felbrigg, Holkham Hall and Sandringham Royal Estate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The house is not really suitable for pets and is non smoking and may not suit disabled guests.
