Beautiful part of North Norfolk. Close to Holt, Blakeney for seal trips and good pubs, Cley and Sheringham steam railway. Good walks. Fine bird watching. Quiet location. Large secluded rear garden with terrace. Walking distance to beach across marshes.

After 3pm on day of arrival. Leave by 10am on day of departure to allow for the cottage to be cleaned before the next guests arrive.
The preferred changeover day is Friday, but Saturdays may be able to be accommodated.
Weekend and short stays outside of peak times.
