Manor Coach House is a light and spacious detached country retreat offering luxury self catering accommodation.
Dating back to 1825, the traditional brick and flint Coach House has just been extensively refurbished. The property has a calm and relaxed interior with exposed beams, solid oak floors and plenty of Norfolk character.
Manor Coach House is tucked away at the end of a peaceful lane with a south facing flint walled garden and private parking, a few minutes walk to the marshes and a 15 minute stroll along the coastal path to the sea.
Whether it’s enjoying a barbeque in the garden or curling up in front of the fire, the house is perfect all year round for a romantic break or holidaying with family and friends.
The south facing living room has comfy sofas, a log burning stove, and a door opening onto the walled garden. For entertainment there is a HD TV and DVD player, MP3 compatible stereo, and a variety of books and board games.
There are two generous double bedrooms, one with en-suite wet room and a third smaller room also with double bed. Luxurious pocket sprung mattresses, crisp white linen and large soft towels make for a relaxing stay. Both the main bathroom and en-suite have thermostatically controlled high pressure showers and under floor heating.
The large kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine and has a cosy, informal dining area. Outside, the enclosed garden is a great suntrap and a lovely place to relax and unwind.
There is gas central heating throughout and parking for two cars. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated and the house is non smoking.
