LITTLE RIVER VIEW is a delightful period cottage set in the charming village of Horning in the heart of the Norfolk Broads just yards from the River. Offering high quality accommodation in a picturesque setting with fantastic views of the River Bure and Sailing Club.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The cottage has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom, lounge and large kitchen/diner on the ground floor.
The fully fitted kitchen boasts a washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, built in oven and ceramic hob together with a dining table that comfortably seats four and an infant in a highchair and there is a stable style door which leads out into a small courtyard where you can enjoy a barbecue.
New for 2007, the bathroom has been completely refitted with luxury tiles and fittings and now includes an Aqualisa digitally controlled power shower and shower screen. Please visit our web site for pictures and video.
Other facilities include a 28" widescreen television with freeview receiver, a dvd player with a selection of films, CD player/radio and a barbecue.
A stairgate, high chair and cot are also available free of charge for our younger guests.

HORNING AND THE SURROUNDING AREA
The picturesque village of Horning has a grocery store, post office, butcher, newsagents, tea room, several restaurants and three inns all of which are just a few minutes walk from Little River View.
Fishing and sailing are available locally and day boats can be hired in Horning.
A leisure centre with an indoor pool is just a mile away and the challenging 18 hole golf course at Sprowston is just six miles.
The cathedral City of Norwich is just ten miles away and there are many stately homes and beautiful gardens to visit including Sandringham and Blickling Hall.
Several beautiful beaches are within an easy drive of Little River View ranging from the golden sands of Cromer to the rural and unspoilt setting of Holkham.
