LITTLE ORCHARD
Simple, light and comfortable, Little Orchard is a haven in the heart of one of the North Norfolk coast’s finest villages, with walks from the door, Cley Marshes bird reserve just over the hill and the beach only a 10 minute walk away. Set back from a quiet lane, surrounded by gardens and backing onto fields, it is only 500m in one direction from the centre of the village with its windmill, delicatessen, smoked fish shop, pottery, gallery, restaurants and pub and in the other from the 14C Church, the village green and a second pub.
The cottage is warm and double-glazed throughout with oil-fired central heating. The bedroom floors are carpeted, the other floors wood or tiled. With private parking for at least 3 cars, it’s a non-smoking house and sleeps 6 7 plus travel cot.
