Situated in a small select courtyard, this cottage provides stylish and beautifully presented accommodation for those couples and small families wishing to enjoy a quiet location yet with all the amenities of the historic Georgian market town of Holt on their doorstep. Fitted throughout to a high standard, this cottage benefits from a south facing patio, in which to enjoy relaxing on warm days.

On entering the cottage you are aware that Jazmine Cottage has been renovated to a high standard and has happily retained the integrity and character of its historic origins.

Downstairs the living accommodation consists of a well equipped fitted kitchen with a useful utility area and benefits from a separate cloakroom /WC. An open archway leads you to the dining room and then double glazed doors open into the sitting room. This has a comfy sofa in front of an attractive traditional style gas fire and this helps create a cosy room to relax in.

Upstairs, the master double bedroom is simply and tastefully furnished with fitted cupboards to one side. The second twin bedroom is light and airy with a wooden floor, rugs for comfort and hand built furniture.
The newly installed bathroom is filled with natural light; the white bathroom fittings are modern and of a high standard and include an over bath power shower.
