Ringstead is a charming village; one of the few remaining with a great local shop and outstanding 17th century pub, The Gin Trapp. Also features children's playground and offers access to fabulous walks - Peddars Way, the Downs and more and less than 2 miles from the stunning beaches of Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme.

Stairs are not steep and there is a banister.

Bedroom 1: Large room with a king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
Bathroom: Bath with handle and shower mixer taps, hand basin, heated towel rail, airing cupboard and WC.

OUTSIDE
The cottage has its own enclosed, attractive garden set in a lovely, peaceful location. Garden furniture. Plenty of off-road parking.
