Garden Cottage - Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk

The cottage is well equipped with fridge, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, TV and DVD player.

On the ground floor there is a cosy lounge, kitchen, toilet and bathroom, on the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single, plus a travel cot and bedding, if required.

All linen is supplied, we only ask you to bring your own towels.

I am sorry but we DO NOT acccept pets and we also have a NO SMOKING policy.

Wells has a bustling harbour, where you will find children gillying, which is catching crabs with bait, on the edge of the quay wall. Most days you will find the oldest working sailing ship, which is also available for charter, moored in the harbour.

If you want something more relaxing, what better than a trip to the beach, which stretches miles towards Holkham, with its sand dunes and colourful beach huts. Lush pinewoods back the beautiful beach, which makes a spendid walk to Holkham where you could do a spot of bird watching along the way.
