Garden Lodge - North Walsham, Norfolk

ACCOMMODATION

Garden Lodge provides guests with a spacious living room complete with settees and dining table, colour television and hi-fi system.

A selection of board games have also been provided for guests’ enjoyment.

The kitchen is entered from the living room and, although small, provides an electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge, sink, base and wall cupboard units. Kettle, toaster, cutlery, cooking utensils and crockery have been provided for guest use.

The bedroom is connected to the living room via a short passageway which also provides access to the shower-room. The shower-room provides toilet, wash basin and shower facilities. Towels have been supplied for guests.

The bedroom contains a double bed and allows plenty of storage for guests with a large double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

A colour television, DVD player and full length mirror are also provided.

A further fold-up single bed can be added within the same bedroom at guests’ request additional charges apply.

We are open all year round and greatly look forward to welcoming you.

Ample off road parking is available for guests.

Garden Lodge is a fully self-contained lodge, situated within the grounds of The Toll Barn, a non-working farmhouse located in the idyllic countryside of North Norfolk, where adjacent fields have been given over to farming and grazing for sheep, horses and goats.

Garden Lodge is an ideal base from which to explore most parts of Norfolk with its many miles of unspoilt coast, unique bird and seal watching and the famous Norfolk Broads.

The market town of North Walsham is within five minutes drive whilst the ‘Fine City’ of Norwich lies circa 15 miles to the south. The historic country houses of Sheringham Park, Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are also within easy drive.
