Friday's Barn is a beautifully renovated cottage with a part-walled garden and stunning views over Salthouse marsh towards the sea.
ACCOMMODATION
Friday's Barn sleeps 8.
There is one bedroom downstairs with a double bed and big window with views over the marsh.
Upstairs are 2 more double bedrooms and a bedroom with 3 single beds. All are tastefully furnished and have Velux windows looking onto the garden.
There are 2 new bathrooms downstairs, both with toilets and basins. One has a bath and the other with a walk-in rain shower.
Friday's Barn has recently undergone a renovation on the ground floor and now has new flooring, a hand made kitchen and new bathrooms. There is fantastic light throughout the cottage.
Since it is used by the owners who have 3 children, it comes extremely well equipped for families.
Although the cottage can comfortably sleep 8, it is also suitable for a single family or couples. Lower rates apply.

Enter Friday's Barn via a sunroom which opens out into a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. Oak floor boards throughout.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM
Hand made shaker style kitchen with Oak work tops and butler sink. Very well equipped. Windows with views over marsh on one side and views over garden on the other. Dining table with seating for 8. Highchair and TripTrap available on request.

LIVING ROOM
Leads off the kitchen. Cladding throughout gives it a cosy beach house feel. Windows with view over marsh and on the other side with views onto the garden. Open fire place. 2 large, comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, books and games.
Leading from the kitchen on the other side, you go into a small hallway which houses the boiler and airing cupboard, and access to the rest of the house.
BATHROOM
Brightly painted cladding in the bathroom gives it a beach house feel. White ceramic bath, toilet and basin. Shaver point. Window onto the garden. Oak floor boards.
SHOWER ROOM
Walk in rain-shower, toilet and basin, all in white. Shaver point. Window looking over the marsh. Washing machine housed in cupboard along with hoover, ironing board and iron.

Elegantly furnished with a white wrought iron double bed, white wardrobe and bedside tables. Large window with view over marsh.

GARDEN
The garden faces south and has a patio and lawn with flowerbeds. Outdoor furniture,toys and BBQ available.
It is a short walk down to the sea or into the village which has The Dun Cow pub - great with children as it has a big garden looking over the marsh. There is also Cookies Crab Shop on the green which serves local seafood, sandwiches and ice cream as well as some seasonal produce.

Situated at the end of the village, Friday's Barn has fantastic natural light throughout. Salthouse is in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is next to Cley Nature Reserve. The historic market town of Holt is 5 miles away.
